1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. Refund Conditions
2.1 Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 30 days of initial subscription
- Significant feature defect that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- Service unusable due to our fault
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Request made after the 30-day refund period
- More than 50% of paid feature quota already used
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violation
- Free plan (Academic Free) does not involve refunds
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to refund@labanimal.tech
- Please include the following in your email:
- Your account email
- Subscription plan name
- Reason for refund (optional)
- We will review your refund request within 3 business days
- Once approved, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account within 5-10 business days
4. Canceling Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to the Subscription Management page
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- You may continue using the Service until the end of the cycle
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
5. Downgrades and Upgrades
Upgrade: takes effect immediately, charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days.
Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, no refund issued.
6. Special Circumstances
We will provide a full refund in the following cases:
- Data loss caused by our system failure
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized charges
